I think I am going to do the holiday card project... I like the idea of giving anonymous home made gifts to people that could use a little cheer. :)

I can not... not do art. So in December I left California for US Navy boot camp, and stayed in a super controlled environment with eerie white walls and quiet streets and strict rules... I missed Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, Easter, My brother's birthday, and My brother getting married... I was in four months, stuck in boot camp, then medically discharged and flew home May. That whole time, in the most uninspiring artistically dry environment, the only thing I wanted to do was put pen to paper, or get my hands on some glue and things to make collages out of... I was DYING. Today, the itch... to create... I have NOTHING left, all

I do intend to add a new piece of art every day for the next... twelve days. I took pictures of a lot of things that I've done in my art journal, with everything from collages to altered pages and random doodles. I figure, to save those of you on my friends list from being bombarded with 12 new updates in your inboxes, I will just space them out. Hahaa.. My cat just totally almost fell off my monitor. Poor kitty.
